MEP Coordinator
We are seeking experienced MEP Coordinators to join our onsite project teams for several projects ranging from $50 to $300 million. Locations include North Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
The MEP Coordinator is responsible for the specific mechanical and electrical construction needs of Mission Critical facilities (e.g. data centers) and other related construction projects. This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project, and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports and documentation from pre-construction thru close-out.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ yrs commercial construction experience with large scale, hands on data center and sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems experience. Position requires extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. Candidate must have experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control. Strong experience in managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors is a priority.

Engineer
We are currently seeking highly motivated entry level and experienced construction professionals to join our project teams in North Carolina.
Initial responsibilities depend on your skills and experience but at a minimum would include document control (RFI’s, submittals), interpreting and communicating contract requirements and frequent interaction and exposure to specific trades. Additionally you will have the opportunity to increase role/responsibilities rapidly.
Requirements for this position include a BS in Construction Management or related construction degree and up to 3 years of commercial construction experience. Successful candidate will also possess outstanding communication, time management and computer skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Project Safety Director
Holder Construction Company is currently seeking a proven safety professional for a large complex project in Oklahoma City, OK. Successful candidate will lead, direct, and oversee the project’s safety programs as well as manage the safety team on daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies.
Qualifications include a minimum of 10+ years commercial construction Safety Director experience, ability to complete and maintain OSHA and company safety documentation, OSHA 500 certification and formal training in scaffolding competent person, crane management, steel erection, emergency response, fall management, excavation and confined space, rigging, hazardous waste and NFPDS/erosion control. A Safety Degree is preferred but not necessary.
A stable work history, solid background in construction safety management, and strong interpersonal skills are required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
