I am curious what people thing about this?
My thought is that it goes to the question of it's real purpose... if the purpose of the institute is to identify and share lessons, then the fact is people are doing bridging and that anything that is helping to share best practices is a good thing.
That said, I subscribe to the philosophy that bridging is a variation of design-build and not a separate delivery method. If the purpose is to promote bridging as new project delivery method, than having another "institute" is probably adding to the confusion.
What do you think?
