The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Center for Integrated Practice has released the results of the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Awareness Survey that reveals that 84% of AIA members are aware of its market presence, 40% of members demonstrate understanding of IPD and 13% of members are using IPD methodologies for construction projects (a significant increase over 2010 AIA Firm Survey figures).

AGC of America's updated textbook, Project Delivery Systems for Construction, 3rd Edition, has just been released. We added 3 new chapters, Procurement, Basis of Reimbursement and IPD. Just released, this new publication, IPD for Public and Private Owners, does a nice job of capturing the current uses of the term, "integrated project delivery (IPD)".

IPD as a philosophy: applying IPD principles to traditional delivery methods (CMR, DB, or DBB)
