Phase II of the 24th Street and Camelback Road Office Complex is a 310,000 square foot, 11-story "Class A" office building and eight-level parking garage, with two levels below grade. The project is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.
For the Camelback Road project, Holder developed a digital 4-D site logistics and phasing model using Building Information Modeling. These images aided visualization of the construction process on this restricted urban site. Phases included site logistics and mobilization, foundation work, structure building skin, and completion.
