CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT

Powered by Renewables

Holder installed 10 MW of fuel cells and a 20 MW solar array across 100 acres, along with a highly efficient data center operating on the same site, creating a comfortable and sustainable working environment. Even more impressive, 100% of the facility's power is offset by the renewable installation. Holder has in-house expertise in renewable energy strategies evaluating power purchase options, site selection, design and construction. We understand the diverse needs for our client’s carbon mitigation, and energy and water efficiency. CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT

Keeping Client Trust

ADP

Balancing Budget and Schedule

This call center’s design specified a unique conduit running the power supply. The system would require an expensive thickness in the slab, so we proposed less expensive alternatives. To give the owner adequate time in assessing all the options, we altered the schedule and erected the tilt wall panels and steel before pouring the slab. In the end the owner switched the design to conventional rigid conduit and saved over $700,000 with no impact on the schedule.
