The Fine & Performing Arts Center at Bowie State University is a $79 Million, 4-story 123,000 square foot facility features a 400-seat theatre, a 200-seat recital hall, a 200-seat black box theater, art gallery, classrooms, laboratories and offices.  The project includes shared facilities supporting academic and cultural outreach programs for Bowie State and the Fine & Performing Arts program. The shared facilities include: General Purpose Classrooms, Open Laboratories, Recital Hall, Proscenium Theater, Black Box Theater, Movement Studio, Sculpture Studio, Photo Studio with darkroom, Choral Room, Instrument Rehearsal Hall, Keyboards Lab, Music Technology Lab, Technical Design Lab, and office space for department.
