Concourse "E" at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

As part of the MHJIT Project, Concourse E at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is being renovated.  The $250 million renovation includes the demolition and re-installation of the baggage handling system, relocating jetways and passenger boarding systems, removal and reinstallation of the exterior skin while in operation, structural and interior renovations to accommodate the extension of the APM to the new international terminal, and mechanical and fire protection renovations.  Careful coordination was required to shore and excavate under an active taxiway to install the APM extension to the new terminal.  We re-routed fuel lines while maintaining operation and redundant service to the gates, and installed new fuel vaults and pits. (This project is a joint venture between Holder, Manhattan Construction, CD Moody Construction and Hunt Construction).
