Devon Energy World Headquarters

The Devon World Headquarters building is a 1.7 million square feet, 50 story office tower, in a downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Holder is the managing partner of this joint venture project which also includes FlintCo Construction.

The Center for the Arts at Virginia Tech is a 130,000 sf facility which broke ground in July 2010.
Parking Deck at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

The Hartsfield International Parking Deck is a 2,500 car capacity, five level precast concrete structure. The project also includes a 3,500 sf office structure with offices, break room, conference room, revenue offices and bathrooms.
Nursing School at the University of West Georgia

The University of West Georgia Nursing School is a three-story, 65,000 square foot building accommodating all functions for Nursing Education and support spaces.
Turner Street Office Building & Parking Deck at Virginia Tech

The 141,000 square foot Turner Street project includes 112,000 square feet of office and support space along with 29,000 square feet of shell retail space. Along with the building, Holder constructed a pre-cast parking garage with 800 spaces.
